  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries Fresh or Frozen
  • 4 Whole Strawberries Fresh or Frozen
  • 1 Whole Apple
  • 4 Celery Sticks 3 sticks okay too
  • 1 Whole Kiwi
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds Whole or Ground
  • 3/4 Cup Parsley About one handful (Fresh)


  1. Preparation

  2. Add to blender

  3. Add water so it's not quite covering ingredients
  4. Blend for about one minute or a bit less
  5. Picture below shows ingredients in the blending cup ready

Recipe Notes

Makes about three (3) medium sized glasses.

I use the Nutribullet 900W with the colossal sized cup (32 oz).
